This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the alfombra operated by JHENRY LLC.

1. Refund period

Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of the relevant order.

To request a refund, contact us at support@thealfombra.com within the applicable period. Please include your order number, the reason for the request, and photographs of the product where reasonably necessary to assess the request.

2. Reasons for which a refund may be approved

A refund may be approved in the following circumstances:

The product arrived damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
The order was not delivered within the maximum stated delivery period.
The customer reports dissatisfaction within the applicable refund period and provides photographs of the product when requested.

Approval of a refund is subject to review of the circumstances and information provided by the customer.

3. No physical return is required

JHENRY LLC does not require customers to physically return products in order to receive an approved refund under this policy.

If a refund is approved, we will instruct the customer that the product may be kept or discarded at the customer's discretion. No physical shipment of the product back to JHENRY LLC or to our supplier is required for the refund.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

4. Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once a refund has been approved and processed, customers should allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on the applicable payment account or card statement. The exact time may also depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution.

The refund will generally appear under the payment descriptor The Alfombra.

5. European Union right of withdrawal

For consumers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this policy.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days from the date on which they acquire physical possession of the goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, the consumer may contact support@thealfombra.com with a clear statement that they wish to withdraw from the contract.

For the purposes of this store's refund process, JHENRY LLC will not require the consumer to physically return the goods after a withdrawal or refund has been approved. The consumer may keep or discard the goods as instructed by JHENRY LLC.

Nothing in this policy affects mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under applicable European Union consumer protection law.

6. Germany

For consumers in Germany, the statutory right of withdrawal applies where legally applicable.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir Ihnen alle von Ihnen erhaltenen Zahlungen, einschließlich der Lieferkosten, soweit gesetzlich erforderlich, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf bei uns eingegangen ist.

Für die Rückerstattung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, sofern nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.

Eine physische Rücksendung der Ware wird von JHENRY LLC für die Bearbeitung des Widerrufs nicht verlangt. Nach Bestätigung des Widerrufs kann die Ware vom Kunden behalten oder entsorgt werden.

Gesetzliche Rechte des Verbrauchers bleiben unberührt.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the customer's place of residence.

Where mandatory law provides a longer period, additional remedies, or different conditions, those rights prevail over this policy to the extent required by law.
